Peak Performance Coaching
Leveraging the performance enhancement power of our elite Peak
Performance Coach Team is possible through two dynamic programs
that bring the one-on-one interaction of a live coach into the
picture.
The Guaranteed Success Program-This program
combines all of the aspects of the Interactive Virtual Coaching
Program with a Peak Performance Coach from the elite coaching
team at The Coaching Staff. The coach utilizes any and all of
the resources available through The Coaching Staff to aid the
client in making measurable progress towards the achievement of
significant individual and organizational goals. This
combination creates the perfect platform for peak performance,
world-class personal development content, goal setting
interactive tools and a one-on-one relationship with a highly
trained coach in the dynamics of human achievement. This
powerful combination of resources empowers us to Guarantee the
progress of each participant in this program
Included in this program is the opportunity for the participant
to take the Winslow Personal Dynamics Assessment as well as the
coach assisted creation of a personal success strategy for the
individual. Unlike many programs that promote goal setting we

The "Coach the Coach" Mentorship Program-Today
many companies are opting to create an in-house coaching program
utilizing front-line management as coaches. The Coaching Staff
has designed a dynamic cost-effective training program that will
empower your in-house coaches with the skill-set to be effective
in the role of a coach.
The Coaching Staff has designed an Internet-based series of
learning modules geared towards gaining a basic understanding of
the principles of coaching. The "Coach the Coach Learning
Modules" are sequenced to follow a rigorous and time-efficient
training on the practical application of coaching principles in
the corporate environment. The interactive/Internet-based
approach enables quality, self-paced training and reinforcement
while being compatible with the time demands of other job
responsibilities.
Each Coach-in-training is assigned a personal "Coach-
Mentor" selected from the Elite Coach team at The
Coaching Staff. The Coach Mentor serves as a personal coach to
the Coach-in-training for the full twelve weeks of the process.
This Mentor-Coach relationship provides each Coach-in-training
with a sounding board for questions, personalized feedback,
accountability and purposeful application of both the
fundamentals introduced in the Corporate Coach training program
as well as the principles delivered through The Coaching Staff
program.
