DEBORAH WAITLEY, PH.D.

Deborah Waitley is a highly regarded consultant, speaker and
trainer, specializing in executive development and personal
coaching. For the past 15 years, she has assisted individuals,
small and mid-size organizations, as well as Fortune 500
companies in planning strategies and implementing programs to
maximize potential.
With a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a Ph.D. in
Psychology, with an emphasis in transformational behavior, Dr.
Waitley utilizes a multi-dimensional approach in her coaching,
integrating theory and practice, knowledge-based and
experiential learning, and the dynamics of human motivation. Her
areas of expertise include career development, performance
management, motivation, and stress management.
She has conducted and facilitated hundreds of assessments,
interviews, evaluations, training and coaching sessions to help
individuals determine the critical success factors necessary to
achieve optimum personal and professional effectiveness. Dr.
Waitley is the co-author of the book entitled, "Psychology of
Winning for Women: What Every Woman Should Know and Every Man
Should Understand," and currently serves as Vice President of
the Waitley Institute, a center for virtual learning and
development.
