Name: Steve Dailey

Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise
Science from Colorado State University, Steve Dailey launched
his first career as a professional swimming coach. That turned
into a twelve-year laboratory, studying human performance,
sports psychology and motivation as he worked with aspiring
national level swimmers in Colorado, Oklahoma, Illinois, South
Carolina and Texas. Following his entrepreneurial urgings, Steve
then started his first business in the field of Sports and
Recreation management. With an investment of less than $200, he
grew it to a multimillion-dollar enterprise in only 2 years and
eventually employed over 300 people. Being recognized in the
local community for his small business success, Steve began to
focus energies on coaching other entrepreneurs and business
leaders seeking higher levels of marketplace success. Parlaying
his professional coaching experience with exposure to a
multitude of business models, industry segments and executive
leadership challenges, Steve has developed a successful
executive coaching practice that focuses exclusively on
executive team development for early stage, emerging technology
companies. Most recently, Steve has developed an ultimate
culmination of his passion for coaching and empowering personal
success and performance - a leading edge program that assists
participants in achieving ultimate health and longevity. Steve
is happily married with one son, participates in Master's
swimming, and resides in the beautiful Texas Hill country.
